The AutoNexus Rapid-Response System™ for BlackBerry®
AutoNexus has created the Rapid-Response System™ to assist dealers in combating the ever growing challenge of responding to customer inquires in a timely manner. When potential customers are searching for vehicles or just making an inquiry, they will know you are a Rapid-Response™ Dealer and they will receive a response within 1-30 minutes. Customers are tired of submitting inquires that never get a response, or finally being contacted days later. The Rapid-Response System™ combats this growing problem and tracks your salesperson’s response times and will even notify a manager if an inquiry goes unanswered. You’ll never miss a sale! This is the best tool to immediately receive and respond to leads and inquiries.

The Rapid-Response System™
Customers submit emails or inquiries from your website or lead provider that are sent to the Rapid-Response System™.
They are then coded as leads, entered into a database, date & time stamped, encrypted and transmitted to your BlackBerry® handheld.
Salesperson views lead & responds from the BlackBerry® handheld by e-mail and/or phone. Actual vehicle details and photos can be viewed*.
In order to ensure you have either received or responded to a lead, an escalation notice is sent to a designated manager within 30 minutes of receiving a lead.

Web-based reports are available to display all leads with response times
